Portfolio Reviews
The portfolio reviews have become one of the most popular events at Here Are All the Black People. This is a great opportunity for students and young professionals to get one-on-one professional feedback on their portfolios from some of the best creatives in advertising. These face-to-face reviews are helpful in building a strong portfolio that will land you that coveted job.

Client "Elevator" Pitch
This is a unique opportunity for selected participants to give a 3-minute elevator pitch to top creatives and recruiters on “Why you should hire me." It is open to people from a variety of creative disciplines – actors, artists, singers etc., are all encouraged to participate. Winners of the live pitch will receive the opportunity to interview at the agencies of each jury member. Click for more info

Mentoring Sessions
How often do you wish that you could sit down and get great advice from a top creative? Well, this year, you will have an opportunity to do so – these mentoring sessions will consist of intimate groups of 20 participants with key creatives, who will share advice on select topics. This is a rare opportunity to get invaluable support and insight into the advertising industry. The goal of these sessions is to help attract and retain top talent in the industry through mentorship.
